Slides up and down your tube and an is held in position by a grub screw. This clip is designed for adjustment purposes and for the end of another bar to pivot in the centre (i.e. for a biminy.)

All of our Stainless Steel is 316. This basically means that it can be used for exterior (outside) as well as inside. It is harder wearing and less corrosive.
