Fabrication

Stainless steel fabrication is a service only a specialist can provide. It's nothing like steel or other metals, it is strong and reliable yet still gives the beautiful finish that's catches everybodies eyes. With stainless steel, the welding is very important, this is because not all welds will polish. The curves must be precise, accurate and still penetrate for strength. Not only the welding, but the polishing must be done correctly, unlike steel where a grinder finish is passable, with stainless you must grind back, then go through many stages of grade ranging from a 40 right up to a 500 mirror polish. So do ensure that when you need stainless made for you, ask to view previous work and do not take quality for granted.

All of our Stainless Steel is 316. This basically means that it can be used for exterior (outside) as well as inside. It is harder wearing, and less corrosive.
Stainless Steel is great for most purposes, whether it be your home, office or for your yacht. It needs extremely little up-keep meaning no maintenance.
